Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be provided. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us with your name, full address and what you had ordered, at:

Address & Delivery Issues

FITZ UK is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost items due to incorrect address details

  • Delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.
